Time Limit

• If the performance date falls between Monday and Saturday: Until 5 PM the day prior to the performance
• If the performance is scheduled for Sunday: Until 11 AM the day before the performance

* Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged on the day of the performance.

Cancellation Fees

• 10+ days prior to the performance: 100% refund
• Up to 7 days prior to the performance: 10% cancellation fee applied.
• Up to 3 days prior to the performance: 20% cancellation fee applied.
• 1 day prior to the performance (until 5 PM): 30% cancellation fee applied.
• 1 day prior to the performance (after 5 PM): No cancellations allowed.
• On the day of the performance: No cancellations allowed.

* However, a full refund is provided if a ticket is canceled within 24 hours of purchase. (Non-business days are excluded from the time calculation.)
No refund will be provided if you are ordered to leave the performance due to causing disruption.

Matter to Note

• Tickets are marketable securities that cannot be canceled or altered in the event of loss or damage.
• If you have received a ticket, you must bring it in person in order to change or cancel it.
• Changes can be made by re-booking after canceling the reservation entirely.
• Refunds are processed using the same method of payment as the original reservation.
• No refunds are provided if you leave a performance in progress.
